Data collection and analysis tools on our website

Contact form

If you send us a question or comment via the contact form, your details from the form, including any contact details you provided there, will be stored as long as is needed for us to process your message and respond if appropriate. We will not share this information without your additional consent.

You can withdraw consent for us to store your contact details at any time: an informal message sent to us by e-mail or via the contact form itself is sufficient.

Cookies

"Cookies" are small text files that are stored on your computer by the web browser you are using to view a website. Some cookies enable the website to work properly according to any options you may select.

Some pages may include embedded content from other providers (such as Youtube), which may also store cookies. You can control and/or delete cookies as you wish – for details, see aboutcookies.org. If you decline to accept cookies, then some of this embedded content may be switched off during your visit.

Analytics

We also use cookies, including from third party providers such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, to help us understand how the website is being used and where we can make improvements. The Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel cookies are used to gather information on how, how long, and how often this website is used; they are transmitted to a Google or Facebook server (respectively) in the USA and stored there.

When you visit our site we do not store any personally identifiable information about you. We do ask Google Analytics to track your visit, using the cookie mentioned above. We have configured Google Analytics not to store any other personally identifiable information about our site visitors.

When you decline permission for us to store a cookie on your browser, we will instruct Google Analytics to delete all records associated with any of its existing cookies already stored by your browser, if you haven’t already deleted them.
